PendoAmani After School Program – August Holiday

would like to thank all our supporters and volunteers who helped make our August Holiday After School Program such a success! We had over 780 participants reached during the holiday with help from our volunteers. Some programs included; Computer literacy and media classes, Music, Dance, Community Library, Football league that concluded with Holiday Tournament from the 23 and 24 th “Zinduka” Girls Empowerment program, just to name a few.

PendoAmani works together with young people, schools and other community organizations to provide resources and opportunities for youth to make healthy decisions. We provide young people with the necessary activities and events that help them develop physically, mentally, socially and emotionally through their development years, we hope to address adolescent risk factors as well as promoting the partnership among community members to ensure a comprehensive vision and plan for the health of the youth in Juja.

For this reason, we would like to thank our volunteers as well as all of our community partners and especially Gachororo Primary School Principal and the teachers involved in our programs for their support.
