Promoting Human Rights through music and dance.

Between the 7th and 16th of February 2020, young people from PendoAmani and De Geer Gymnasiet – Sweden, engaged young people and community in Juja through dance performance aimed at promoting human rights and addressing issues of right to education and ending gender based violence. The event was symbolic action that helped young people raise awareness on issues affecting them and equipping young people to be agents of change through social activism. These activities have been documented in a “movie” that will be published after young people from Kenya meet with students in Sweden at the end of April.
