Volunteers

Our working strategy, has been produced collaboratively, with challenge and support from Young Volunteer Leaders. We strive to let it be evident in all our work that young people are not only the leaders and community builders in the future – but that they are also the community builders and leaders of today.

The event seeks to actively engage the community of young people in making sense of issues that affect their lives and responding to their needs through empowerment and active participation in the overall development issues in their home communities. With over 100 Young Volunteer Leaders involved in the event, as coaches, referees, organizers and first aiders.
